How activation works
- Paste your license key exactly as it was given to you — no extra spaces before or after.
- Tap Activate. VoxCraft checks it against our own records first, and against Freemius if it's a card-payment key.
- Once valid, your Pro or Pro+ access is tied to this device/browser for use.
- You're redirected straight into Voice Studio — no separate login step.
Where to find your key
- Paid by card (Freemius): your license key was included in the confirmation email from Freemius after checkout.
- Paid manually (EasyPaisa/JazzCash/bank): your VoxCraft key is emailed once your payment is verified — see upgrade if you haven't submitted a payment yet, or your access is still in its temporary grace-period window.
"Invalid license key" — what should I check?
Copy-paste rather than retype the key, and check for a stray space at the start or end — this is the most common cause. If it still fails, confirm you're using the key from the correct confirmation email (Freemius vs. VoxCraft manual-payment keys look different).
Can I use one license on multiple devices?
A license is tied to a single device at a time. To move it to a new phone or browser, use Unlock device — enter your key and the email on the license, click the link we email you, then activate on the new device.
I just paid manually — why isn't my key working yet?
Manual payments are verified by hand, not instantly. You may already have temporary access on the device you paid from while verification is in progress — check the confirmation shown on the upgrade page after submitting. Your actual license key arrives by email once verification completes.
Does activating require an account or password?
No — VoxCraft doesn't use accounts or passwords. The license key itself is what unlocks Pro/Pro+ access on a device.
