Using VoxCraft

You may use VoxCraft's text-to-speech, voice cloning, transcription, conversion, and editing tools to generate and process audio for lawful purposes. You're responsible for the content you submit and for having the rights to any voice, audio, or text you upload — including reference clips used for voice cloning.

Free and Pro tiers

The Free tier includes a daily action limit and monthly character quota, enforced per device using a hashed IP and browser fingerprint — not a login. Pro ($3/mo) unlocks unlimited text-to-speech; Pro+ ($6/mo) adds voice cloning and AI music generation. Pro licenses are tied to a single device at a time and are non-transferable except through support. We may adjust free-tier limits at our discretion to keep the service sustainable for everyone.

Audio tools

Free and paid users may use browser audio tools subject to daily limits on free tiers. Tools are provided for legitimate creative and productivity use. You are responsible for the content of files you upload and for any rights needed to process them.

Optional “Send to another tool” keeps a short-lived copy of generated audio in your browser only, so you can continue a workflow without re-uploading. Clearing site data removes that copy.

Voice cloning specifically

Voice cloning must only be used on voices you own or have explicit permission to clone. Generating cloned speech to impersonate a real person without their consent, for fraud, harassment, or to create misleading content, is prohibited and may result in immediate license revocation without refund.

Prohibited use

• Impersonating a real person via generated voice without consent.
• Generating or processing illegal content.
• Attempting to circumvent free-tier usage limits (e.g. spoofing device fingerprints or IP headers).
• Reverse-engineering, scraping, or automating bulk use of the service outside a paid plan's intended scope.
• Reselling or redistributing Pro license access.

Payments and refunds

Card/PayPal payments are processed through Freemius; manual payments (for regions without card support) are verified by our team, typically within the grace window shown at checkout. Refund requests are handled case by case — contact support with your request ID.

Availability and liability

VoxCraft is provided "as is." We aim for reliable uptime but don't guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we're not liable for losses arising from service interruptions, generation errors, or reliance on tool output. Generated audio may occasionally contain artifacts or inaccuracies — review output before publishing or relying on it.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves; the date at the top reflects the latest revision. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
