100% = only the effect (recommended). Lower blends a little original back in — does not stack two full voices.
The Voice Changer applies a deliberate effect to a voice recording rather than trying to make it sound more natural. Pitch Shift changes pitch while keeping speaking speed the same, which is different from Chipmunk and Deep Voice, which intentionally change both pitch and speed together for a more exaggerated character effect. Robot and Echo layer processing effects on top of the original voice.

Tips for better results
- Pitch Shift preserves natural speaking rhythm — use it when you want a different-sounding voice that still sounds human.
- Chipmunk/Deep Voice change speed too, so timing relative to any video will shift — account for that if syncing to picture.
- Echo's decay controls how quickly repeats fade — lower decay values sound subtler.
